Sponsorship and Advertisement
Every anniversary, the support of our community makes this celebration possible. Sponsor CPA’s 45th Anniversary event by donating at a certain level or purchasing an advertisement. Fill out the Event Sponsorship form and email the completed form to celebrating45[at]cpasf.org. For more details, see below.

Donor Sponsorship
There are 6 different levels of sponsorship, each having their own benefits. They are: Movement Visionary ($20,000), Movement Leader ($10,000), Movement Builder ($5,000), Movement Champion ($2,500), Movement Warrior ($1,000), and Movement Organizer ($500).

Advertisements
There are four possible advertisement sizes: full page, half page, quarter page and business card size. Refer to the table below for each specific dimensions necessary for the program booklet along with the price.

Please ensure the files you send us are print quality — 300 dpi. We prefer them to be PDF files but JPG, PNG, EPS, and TIFF are acceptable.
The last date to submit your advertisement is Friday, August 18, 2017; therefore, please also sponsor one by this date. Send your advertisement file to celebrating45[at]cpasf.org.
If you want CPA to design your advertisement instead, then please mark the option in the form. Note that this costs $30 in addition to the base cost.
Methods of Payment
When filling out the form, you must also select your payment format. We accept three (3) formats: invoice, credit card, or a check made payable to “Chinese Progressive Association”. For credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
